Oh Dave~ this is one of the most powerful paintings I've ever seen... the painting itself is absolutely GORGEOUS... if we didn't know what was going on we might think it 's an image of extreme peace... but the night is otherwise... utterly horrifying, what you all went through. (My stepdad served as a Marine in Vietnam.) All my respect goes out to you, for what you endured and put on the line for your country. Thank You Sir.

Dave Farrow replied:

Danielle thank you for such an incredible comment and a big "welcome home" for your stepdad. Thank you again sweetheart

Amazing how something so beautiful such as the atmosphere and sky can be darkened by the deeds being done under them. What a powerful painting and message! Love this one for its hauntingly beautiful capture of feelings on a dark night. You have found beauty in a dark world, and so masterfully done!

Lori you are so sweet, thank you so very much

About Dave Farrow

Dave Farrow

It is with a very heavy and sad heart that I must inform you of Dave's passing on November 13th 2018. He loved being part of this site with all of his heart. He enjoyed reading and responding to all his comments and making comments to his other artists buddies as well. I just wanted to make sure you all know why he is not responding to your comments. Not only have I lost my husband of 40 years, my best friend, my soul mate but the world has lost a wonderful person, artist and soul as well. Sincerely, Lorraine Farrow Don`t let the bio photograph scare you. Seven other veterans and myself grow pony tails to donate to wigs for kids with cancer. Seven of the eight vets either have or have survived cancer. I have survived 10 years after...
