It is with a very heavy and sad heart that I must inform you of Dave's passing on November 13th 2018. He loved being part of this site with all of his heart. He enjoyed reading and responding to all his comments and making comments to his other artists buddies as well. I just wanted to make sure you all know why he is not responding to your comments. Not only have I lost my husband of 40 years, my best friend, my soul mate but the world has lost a wonderful person, artist and soul as well. Dave, I know I commented on this awesome painting before but I wonder if you realize how magic it still is to my eyes. It must be one of my very top favorites of yours and I see it was straight from your imagination which might explain why it's so dreamy and compelling. I find myself following the course of the glowing river ,past the sparkling trees, on and on towards the mystical mountain heights. It's a poem and it's full of warm shining color and every good feeling imaginable. Love! L/F
