Oh the beauty, peace and solitude of the wilderness and nature, magically represented with the night stars twinkling and full moon casting a warm glow. I can feel the breeze rustling through the leaves, hear the coyotes howling and an owl in the distance! Love it Dave! LF

Great painting ,Dave! And what a story the stars could tell about that grizzly. I had an experience in a camp ground one year. Our dog , Ralph , began growling with persistence and would not shut up. We were in a very tiny tent and were trying to get to sleep. But soon our hearts were in our throats,as we listened to branches cracking and snaping around our tent.This along with a low huffing sound kept us up all night. In the morning a Park ranger, traveling through, told us that a, Black bear mother and cub had been spotted in the area. They were looking for food,he said.- So glad we didn't bring that bag of Cheetos to bed. .;-))FAV
