It is with a very heavy and sad heart that I must inform you of Dave's passing on November 13th 2018. He loved being part of this site with all of his heart. He enjoyed reading and responding to all his comments and making comments to his other artists buddies as well. I just wanted to make sure you all know why he is not responding to your comments. Not only have I lost my husband of 40 years, my best friend, my soul mate but the world has lost a wonderful person, artist and soul as well. Yes--I had a tire and tree in my back yard when I was a kid... Makes me think about doing it for the ole man now! And take one last trip into a distant memory and make it come alive one more time. Well done Dave! FAV!

Heather sweetie, I grew up in the country and spent most of my time in the woods. The neighbor kids and I had awesome grape vine swings. Those were such memorable days indeed. Everything today is high tech. Thank you dear lady for your awesome comment. Take care of yourself and those beautiful owls
